Governing the Use of ASUQUO’S LAW

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the awareness, access, and authorized use of the scientific principle known as ASUQUO’S LAW, discovered and developed by Uwem E. Asuquo (“the Author”).

By referencing, studying, or seeking to apply ASUQUO’S LAW in any capacity, individuals, institutions, organizations, or entities (“Users”) acknowledge and agree to comply with the provisions outlined herein.

2. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this Agreement is to:

• Formally notify Users of the existence and recognition of ASUQUO’S LAW.

• Establish guidelines for lawful and authorized usage.

• Protect the intellectual integrity and originality of the Author’s scientific contributions.

• Provide a framework for accessing the supporting scientific proof.

3. Declaration of Scientific Validity

ASUQUO’S LAW is a newly established scientific law whose proofs, validations, and supporting research were completed and confirmed as of the date of discovery.

The Author affirms that all foundational scientific evidence exists and will be made publicly accessible in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement.

4. Asuquo's unique achievements

1. Unified Formula for Resultant Force

   • The discovery of the law of composition of resultant force (R) expressed in a single comprehensive formula.

2. Uwem’s Apparatus

   • The invention of a specialized apparatus designed for generating and bubbling a gas through a testing solution, enabling advanced experimental procedures.

3. Condition for Parallelism

   • A formal mathematical proof establishing the condition under which straight lines or vectors are parallel.

4. Asuquo’s Quadrants

   • Developing a framework used to determine the direction of resultant force without reliance on the conventional Cartesian (x–y) plane.

5. Authorization and Usage Rights

5.1 Restricted Use
ASUQUO’S LAW is a protected scientific framework. No User may:

• Apply, implement, or integrate the law into any academic, commercial, industrial, or technological system

• Publish, reproduce, or distribute its formulations or methodologies

without prior written authorization from the Author.

5.2 Authorization Process
Institutions seeking to utilize ASUQUO’S LAW must complete a simple entry form conveying the following details:

Province/State

Country

5.3 Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized application, duplication, or misrepresentation of ASUQUO’S LAW constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may result in legal or institutional action.

6. Access to Scientific Proof

All Users are hereby informed that the complete scientific proof, derivation, and validations of ASUQUO’S LAW will be made publicly available on or before July 1st, 2028.

Users are encouraged to consult these materials for:

• Academic verification

• Research and educational purposes

• Independent scientific review

Until this release date, all detailed proofs remain under controlled disclosure.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in ASUQUO’S LAW, including its formulas, apparatus designs, theoretical frameworks, and applications, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Uwem E. Asuquo.

This includes:

• Conceptual ownership

• Scientific authorship

• Any derivative or extended applications

8. Limitations of Liability

The Author shall not be held liable for:

• Misinterpretation or misuse of ASUQUO’S LAW

• Unauthorized experimental applications

• Any direct or indirect consequences arising from premature or unapproved use

9. Amendments

The Author reserves the right to amend, update, or expand these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect advancements, clarifications, or legal considerations.

10. Governing Principle

This Agreement shall be governed by principles of intellectual property protection, scientific integrity, and ethical research conduct.

11. Acceptance

By engaging with, referencing, or expressing intent to use ASUQUO’S LAW, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
